Shipping & Returns


Our shipping cut-off time for paid orders is 3 PM EST Monday to Friday and 2 PM EST on Saturday.

We will try our very best to ship your order as soon as possible with the goal to ship them the same day.

Orders after the cut-off time will be shipped the next business day.

Please note we are closed on all holidays that the Post Office observes. As a result, they will be shipped the next business day.

Continental US

Orders over $39.00 are eligible for free shipping but you must select this option.

Typically filament is shipped through USPS Priority (~1-3 days) or FedEx Home Delivery (~1-4 days).

*We will choose the most economical shipping method available. Please contact us if you would like to use another service, method or to add a service like additional insurance or signature required upon delivery.

Sales Tax

At this time we collect New York State Sales tax.

*Please note: If you are using Amazon Pay, we are not able to see your billing address and as such cannot determine if there should be tax collected, so it is collected.


At this time we have enabled USPS rate quotes that display the different options along with price and estimated delivery date.

For a more accurate rates or other options, please contact us with your shipping address.

*USPS International First Class mail tracking isn't up to par, we urge you to use Priority or Express.

*We are working to acquire some shippers to get shipping quotes with DDP (duty delivery paid).

*If your order is returned to us for reasons like non-payment of customs or invalid address, we may not refund the shipping.

RETURNS (Refunds and Exchanges)

If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for returns, the goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item(s) must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels and "free gifts" or bonus items. Please note final sale items are not eligible for returns.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item), however, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
