Ever wanted to print something out of wood that you can sand and stain? Well look no further!
Woodfill PLA
An easy to print wood filled PLA hybrid filament to print objects that you can treat like wood! Printed parts can be sanded and stained as you wish. Note that your print area will smell like a woodshop, so if the smell bothers you, please ensure there is proper ventilation.
Advantages.
- Can be sanded, drilled, lathed, nailed, and stained.
- Low shrinkage.
- Non-toxic
Disadvantages
- Bowden style extruders will require more tuning, so a direct drive extruder is recommended.
- Hardened Nozzle is recommended.
Suggested settings:
